Nature-ade!

Coconut Water with a

Splash of B- complex

Glass of coconut water with a few drops of Max-Stress Nano-plex Living B Vitamins. Perfect for when you want to feel chilled out.  Coconut water is very rich in potassium and vitamin C and has more than 15 times the potassium found in sports drinks and the B-vitamins provide maximum brain, liver, enery and mood support.  Great for a mid-day treat!


Goji Lemonade

1 cup vanilla agave nectar
1/3 C coconut oil
1/2 C+ goji berries
3 Tbsp tocotrienols
2 tsp. sun fire salt
9 lemons juiced
2 cups water

Blend, pour into gallon and fill rest with water.

For high energy individuals or an amped up pre/post workout drink add:

1-2 Tbl. Bee Pollen

1-3 Tbl. Hemp Seeds

Replace some or all of the water with coconut water (nature’s sports drink)

1-2 Tbl. any amount of MSM for rapid tissue regeneration


Chocolate Bliss

1 1/4 cup vanilla agave nectar
1 1/2 C Chocolate Bliss
1/2 tsp. Rain Forest Rush
2 cups water

Blend, pour into gallon and fill rest with water.


Chocolate Chia Pudding

Chia Soaking: Soak 6 parts water with 1 part chia several hours to overnight
6 cups water, 1 cup chia for this big batch
Spoon 2-3 large ladle fulls of chia pudding into blender
Add 1/2 cup Mayan Gold Cacao Powder
Vanilla Agave Nectar to taste (1/4 cup +)
Pinch Sun Fire Salt to taste
1/8-1/4 cup Coconut Oil or soaked cashew nuts
Optional:  1-2Tbl. Tocotrienols
Almond Milk to thin out
Serve as is or add your favorite chopped nuts or berries for a chia sundae!
Blend, pour into gallon and fill rest with water.

deAnna’s Morning Tonic

6 oz Fresh Spring Water

1 tsp MSM

1 tsp Sun Fire Salt

1/4 tsp Radian-C

7 drops MAX STRESS Vitamin B drops

2 tbsp- 3 tbsp Raw Apple Cider Vinegar

Stir well and sip! Very calming and energizing…


deAnna’s Evening Tonic

2 cups Almond Milk, Hemp Milk or Hazelnut Milk

1 tbsp Maca

1 tbsp Tocos

1 tbsp Hemp Seeds

1 tbsp Lucuma

1 tsp Vanilla Agave Nectar

1/2 tsp Vanilla Bean Powder

Dash of Sun Fire Salt

Blend in Vitamix until well blended.  Makes enough for several glasses to enjoy as you wind down for the day…
