Upside Down World Inversions Workshop at Karmany 14 April 2012.

Are you ready to turn your world upside down and challenge your perspective of reality? Essentially, that is why inversion poses can be so daunting, they ask us to literally see things from another point of view. In addition to reflecting on the wisdom teachings of yoga as taught by David Life, deAnna will present a systematic approach to gaining steadiness in inversion practice such as headstand, handstand and forearm stand along with breathing exercises.
